Ahh Top Gun possible the best homage to American over self-promotion but nonetheless a fantastic film. With lines like "your ego's writing cheques your body can't handle" how can you go wrong. The beauty of it is that I know somebody who bought the DVD for his father as he's a pilot and thought the flight sequences were brilliant. Not to mention Meg Ryan.
