I've just recovered from the mother and father of a migraine it started this morning as I woke up with pins and needles in my fingers. The tingling in my fingers then moves up my arm and to my head where it turns into a banging pain. Today's banging banging reached its pinnacle at about 2 o'clock so only 6 hours after I woke up. I've never met anyone who suffers in quite the same way with a migraine. The doctors I've seen always say it's to do with me grinding my teeth in my sleep. It tightens the ligaments that control my jaw and creates pressure on my brain. Nice. Their solution? Ibuprofen.
