I've been having massive pain with my email this weekend as my password couldn't be recognised by the Virgin.net server. A problem compounded by the lack of Mac knowledge at the 50p a minute Virgin support line. When I explained that ir was unlikely to be a problem at my end having checked and rechecked passwords and login names I was told that my particular brand of computer was unstable and unreliable. Pfft is the only was I can describe the noise I made having replaced the receiver very quickly I didn't tell him what I do for a living though now I wish I had.
