There's a cheap imitation MTV in the UK called 'The Hits' and it's showing 80s classics all this weekend. Not that impressive I know but... right now the are showing an Erasure video for the song Sometimes and there's a man playing a guitar. So a guitar in a music video isn't new but you see Erasure were an electronic band so a guitar wasn't necessary. Not a leas the whole way through. Now they're showing Oasis a real throwback to times when music turned one dimensional for a year and nearly everyone in the UK thought it was great.
