The police turned up to arrest the next door neighbour. They asked us if we knew what time they would be back and some general stuff but didn't tell us what it was in connection with (obviously) when we shut the door there was some loud banging. The noise was the two male offices trying to prise the door open. I then heard the woman officer calling in for permission for a search under section 18 which it turns out is to do with terrorism. Tonight all our locks are shut and the chain is on.
